Info for Couples

We love to meet with you prior to your wedding to go over small details of your day and make sure you get everything you are wanting from your photographer and photographs. It is great to meet for a consult to view our work, albums,  and gives us all a chance to get to know one and other and make sure we are a good fit for each other. We always want our clients feeling comfortable with us, after all we will be around  and in your face a lot on the most important day of your life !!

We always enjoy photographing fun, creative couples We like to make sure our clients are comfortable, trusting and are able to be themselves around us before we photograph them on their most important day. It is always a nice feeling to make new friends out of our clients and to meet so many great, creative, couples.

 If one of our set packages does not work for exactly what you are looking for, we are totally open to creating custom packages for you to get everything you want out of your pictures. We have the Al A Carte menu and many different ways of working custom packages. So feel free to ask !!

To book us for your wedding we require a $500 deposit. We create you a Client site and take care of the whole booking process online through our handy studio life saver Shoot Q. Your online booking process is very simple and should take no time at all,  however we are available to walk you through any troubling spots.

We love doing engagement shoots ! This is when we can take you anywhere we desire. With freedom like this we often find it hard to decide on just one place so we like to travel to at least 3 locations! Come on over to our house, We will have you hop in our car and we will take off for our “ambush” photo session. We love taking this time to get to know our clients even more and always have a great time!

Each wedding is different and a new experience for us so it’s super fun and brings out our creative side every time we get behind the camera! We love seeing the new trends in weddings and following which traditions will never change. We definitely request to to be a part of the getting ready process. We like to get those images of your wedding party before the party… hair, make-up, details like the dress, rings, shoes, are all some of our favorite things to be creative with. Most weddings these days will decide on seeing each other before the ceremony or sticking with the traditional route and not seeing each other until you walk down the aisle. Either way we can work with you on your schedule to make sure you are getting the best use of your family, wedding party, and bride and groom picture time. The reception is always something to look forward to as we capture the rest of the evenings details and fun events.

All of your images will be uploaded to an online gallery at Zenfolio.com within 6 weeks after your wedding. You will be sent a link to your images once they are ready and you can use this link to download your digital negatives.  The online gallery can also be used to send to friends and family to view your wedding images as a slideshow, or to purchase prints, canvas prints or other products from our amazing printing company MPIX  pro. Your digital negatives are also available in CD format if you would prefer. A CD of images does take an additional  4 weeks to receive.

After your images are finished it is time to design albums !! We typically design the album layouts and  send you proofs within 4 weeks after you have received your images. Once you receive the proofs you are able to look over the pages and use your online gallery to reference any images you would like added to your pages. If there are no corrections or additions, then we are ready to order. Once we submit the order the album company Forbeyon requests 4-6 weeks for printing, binding, and shipping.
